Shipping

    • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 1 week (5-7 business days).

    • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Production lead times vary. Please check the specific product page for your item’s estimated timeline.

    • Split Shipments: If your order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, they may be shipped separately.

Returns & Exchanges

    • Final Sale: To maintain our specialized service and competitive pricing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.

    • Defective Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@lutusnow.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and photos of the defect.

    • Return Shipping: In the event of an approved return for a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
